Student Records Procedures

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) and Athens Technical College (ATC) shall adhere to the requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (“FERPA”) and TCSG procedures concerning the accuracy and privacy of student records.
